Essay 2-03a: Language learning histories

I want everyone to know my history about language this time by all means, so I will write about it from now. A lot of people use many languages now. Some of them can speak some languages. They are called bilingual, trilingual. It has become quite common now. I have interest with them. Now then, how was such languages style formed? I want to write my thinking first. I think that they are affected by surrounding environment. For example, if someone live a foreign long time, he will learn the country language. The influence of surrounding environment on people is great, I think. Moreover I think people were affected by their parents for language, because when they were babies, they often heard voice of parents. Parents language must affect their child directly. How is language style formed, there are a number of possible causes for this. So next paragraph will mention that how my language style were formed in my life.

First I will write about my mother tongue, Japanese. I have learned Japanese before I was born, because I think that I was hearing Japanese when I was in the womb. I expect that my parents were talking to me. I have touched Japanese since that time. I was happy. Then I was born. I think I was affected by many people much for language when I was a baby. For example, my father, mother, grandmother, grandfather and so on. They talked to me much, I remember that. I gradually remembered Japanese in this way. Then I entered the nursery school when I was two. I learned elementary Japanese there. Japanese is fantastic.

Then I entered elementary school when I was six. I studied basic of Japanese there in some way. For example, singing a song, writing a letter, hearing Japanese, and so on. I remember that Japanese teacher was a kind teacher, so I liked Japanese. I used many Japanese in conversation with friends, teacher, so I learned how to use Japanese. I liked talking with my friends very much. Friends is important.

Next I want to write about English. I entered junior high school when I was twelve. I had touched English there first. I studied English as second language. I liked English soon, because I felt that English is cool. But I didn’t like English teacher, because his pronunciation was strange. I wanted to speak English well. My English grade was very good every year, because I liked it. Then I advanced high school. I liked English class there too. It was fun for me to take the class. Grade of high school English was good too, so I am in English department now. English is fantastic.

I learned Spanish too. I have studied Spanish since I was a freshman. Spanish is used in all over the world now, so I decided to take the class. Spanish is very difficult language, I think. I felt it was complicate. But I did my best, my Spanish grade was A. I was glad very much. Moreover Spanish teacher, H.Okamura was interesting man. I think that any person who is Kumamoto Gakuen University know him. He was sometimes kind, sometimes strict. We were always talked about him. We still remember the time we spent together with him. I can speak Spanish little now. Spanish is fantastic.

Finally I will write conclusion. I like foreign language so much, so I want to learn other language more. Korean, Chinese, German, for example. Then I want to communicate with all over the world people to use many languages. Let me say anyway. People learn from experience. That’s all.

How I have learnt languages

First, when I was a baby, I learnt Japanese from surrounding people. For example, my mother, my father, grandfather, grandmother, and so on. Place I've been

I want to talk about my favorite place I have been from now. My favorite place I've been is "Round 1 Kumamoto tasakiten". It is a amusement facilities. We can do many things there. For example, table tennis, indoor 5-man football, bowling, tennis, basketball, putter golf, badminton, games, roller skates, fishing, read comics, ufo catcher, coin game, batting, and so on. I think that this is the dreamlike facilities. I sometimes go to there with my friends. Everybody like Round 1. I went to there recently. We wanted to do indoor 5-man football anyway. It is need 10 people at least to play it, but we were five. It was very hard, but we enjoyed it. I want to go there with many people next time. Moreover, Round 1 is located far. So we have to use a car to go there. I want to go there next vacation again.

We did not have a sell phone at that time, so we couldn't get in touch with him. We were tired so we made a decision to take lunch once forgetting him. We went to Mcdonald's. My favorite class is table tennis lesson. I like table tennis very much. The class meets once a week. The class is second period. I am taking the class with my friends, Hashimo and Bora. We are looking forward to the class every week. The class teacher, Hiroto Inoue is strong very much. He plays table tennis well. He is very strong so much so that no one can defeat him. We have been challenging him. Experience without learning is better than learning without experience, I think. But I have made a big improvement in table tennis. I think that table tennis is deep, because we can use various rotation. Drive, slice for example. We can enjoy to use them, but it is difficult for us to do it. Hiroto has a perfect command of it, so we have little chance of winning for the time being. I hope to defeat him at some time.

I'm fond of TV show very much, so I know many entertainers. Among these, I especially like Hitoshi Matsumoto, japanese comedian. I think that he is a real genius, because he displaying his a lot of talents. My friends all like him so much. I don't know a person who don't like him. He makes people laugh by saying a clever boke. I always admire his talents. He also self composes a TV show and movies. His works "Dai-Nipponjin" was a very good movie, I think. I recommend it, so I want everyone to watch the movie by all means. His partner, Masatoshi Hamada is an amusing fellow too. I think he has a funny face. He seldom says a interesting things, because he is a Tsukkomi. I watch all TV shows of them. I liked my high school so much. I have a unforgettable high school memory. I liked Chicken-don sold by school cafeteria of my high school. It was so good. I had eating it almost everyday. i remember that my friends all liked it. I think that foods of my high school cafeteria is good than Kumamoto gakuen university's cafeteria, and chicken-don is very delicious than any of other menu. My favorite season is winter, because we can enjoy to do many things. I like to snowboard in particular. In the winter, we can enjoy skiing or snowboarding in ski resort. We can not avoid doing that. I think I am good at snowboard. I want to go somewhere to snowboard this winter with friends, because I have a money now. I often watch TV show, because I am fond of it very much. My favorite TV show is Monday Football. There are many good points of the TV show, I think. Movie I recommend

I found a good movie, so I really want to recommend it. The movie title is “The third man”. This story begins with a voice. The voice narrating about the current situation in Vienna, with shots of various famous monuments and buildings in the city. The voice says I never knew the old Vienna before the war with its Strauss music, its glamour and easy charm. Constantinople suited me better. Holly Martins gets off the train and walks through the barrier. A US M.P. stops him to check his passport. Martins takes his passport from his overcoat. The M.P. hands back the passport as Martins walks off. Then he arrives at Lime's flat. He climbs the stairs to Harry Lime's flat. A porter sings in German next to the banisters of the floor above. He knocks on the door and the porter calls down to him. The porter says that Lime died. Martins goes to Lime's funeral ceremony. Martins approaches Calloway, one of the mourners. Martins and Calloway get acquainted in the car. They goes to bar. Martins makes a dive at Calloway. Before he can try, Paine pulls him back. having had too much to drink, Martins loses his balance and spins around a post. Martins stands up to hit Calloway, but Paine quickly lands a punch on his mouth. Martins crashes down. Paine helps him up. Martins and Paine enter the hotel. Paine carries Martins's bag as Martins holds his handkerchief to his mouth. Hartman passes by and goes to the front desk. crabbin and woman enter. Paine speaks to Crabbin. Crabbin says I'll tell you what, Mr. Martins. On wednesday night at our institute, we're having a little lecture on the contemporary novel. Thought perhaps you'd like to speak? In the entrance, a worried looking old woman wrapped in a blanket comes out and talks to Anna in German. Anna stands back from the door and looks up to the upper floors. Anna and Martins enter the building and climb the stairs to her flat. The old woman continues talking i German. Inside, Calloway and police officers are scouring her belings. Anna opens her bag and hands over her papers. Calloway turns and shows the documents to Paine. He points at something in the passport. He holds it up to the light. Paine sits at a desk and writes out some receiots for the items to be confiscated. Anna watches over him. I want everyone to watch the movie. Thank you.
